This Mixed Martial Arts is one of the first modern formalized systems to be comprised of various martial disciplines in the Northern New Jersey Area Bergen County, Ridgewood, Ho-Ho-Kus, Glen Rock, Waldwick, Midland Park, Allendale, USR and Saddle River. The arts of Korean Taekwondo, Burmese Bando, BJJ, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Boxing and Weapons Training.
